The Women's Ministry Leaders are dedicated volunteers who champion and facilitate women's enrichment within the church. The ideal woman is grounded in Christ, models a healthy relationship, and is passionate about helping others build strong, Christ-centered marriages and Christ-focused families. This role requires leaders to lead the vision, manage resources, and oversee programs that foster deeper connection and provide valuable mentorship to all women, young and old, in the DFW community.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Define the annual ministry vision and manage the program budget in partnership with church leadership.
- Event Execution: Plan, organize, and host 1 major enrichment events annually, and bi-monthly fellowship such as retreats and fellowships
- Promotion & Outreach: Work with the Outreach and Marketing Departments to effectively promote all ministry activities across church platforms to ensure strong community participation drawing more women into the ministry.
- Team Building: Actively recruit and support volunteer teams (mentors and event helpers) to expand the reach and impact of the ministry.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
