Responsible to manage classes, programs, and instructors for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (“PPC”) to equip clients to be the parents the Lord has called them to be.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Client Services team to equip clients with essential parenting skills
- Collaborate with counseling team to create client events, groups and programs, including First Time Parent Expo and PPC mom play groups
- Recruit, interview and train volunteer instructors
- Supervise and audit classes to ensure instructors are compliant with dress code requirements, teaching etiquette, attendance records, and approved teaching material
- Create and implement new parenting, life skills, and job skills classes
- Survey clients and instructors for quality control and maintain survey results
- Schedule instructors for classes each quarter and send weekly reminder emails
- Develop and oversee instructor appreciation
- Create and manage class schedules for all PPC locations (Southwest, Resource Center, Fort Worth and online)
- Input class information and data in Ekyros (daily schedule, class names, registration)
- Answer client questions via phone, email, and text
- Maintain class KPIs
- Update day-to-day task log
- Other duties as assigned

- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry

- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Experience with office administration
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, one Saturday per month, and PPC scheduled events
- Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance
