The ideal candidate is passionate about reaching teenagers with the Gospel, highly relational, self-starting, and committed to building sustainable, community-rooted ministry. This person will lead and grow Young Life ministry in North Oak Cliff, focusing on building relationships with students at Adamson, Sunset, Molina, their feeder schools, and other surrounding schools. This person will oversee all aspects of the area’s ministry, including:
- Leading contact work, club, and campaigners (direct ministry)
- Recruiting, training, and discipling volunteer leaders
- Building and leading a local committee of caring adults
- Partnering with local churches, schools, and community organizations
- Fundraising and developing financial partnerships to sustain and grow ministry
- Creating a multicultural and inclusive ministry that reflects the diversity of North Oak Cliff (Spanish proficiency strongly preferred)
