Position Overview
ReBrand House is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled Youth Pastor to lead, shepherd, and disciple our youth (ages 12–18). This is a hybrid, part-time role — with weekly online gatherings and bi-monthly in-person meetups. You’ll also have opportunities to teach during our main Sunday worship experiences.
This is more than a position — it’s a divine assignment to shape the next generation of Kingdom influencers.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Teaching
- Plan and lead weekly virtual youth sessions (Bible study, Q&A, game nights, topical discussions).
- Facilitate in-person youth meetups twice a month (mentorship, outreach, or worship hangouts).
- Occasionally preach or teach in the Sunday main service when assigned.
- Create engaging, biblically-sound messages that speak to today’s youth culture.

Discipleship & Relationship
- Build strong, relational connections with youth through consistent communication and care.
- Provide spiritual mentorship and guidance — helping teens reconnect to their God-given identity.
- Empower youth to use their gifts to serve in church and in their schools.

Programming & Strategy
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and team to design a youth ministry calendar.
- Develop creative ways to reach unchurched teens and support spiritual growth.
- Recruit and train volunteers to help support youth events and logistics.

Communication & Administration
- Utilize platforms like Zoom, Instagram, and WhatsApp to engage youth online.
- Maintain communication with parents, keeping them updated and encouraged.
- Ensure youth ministry activities align with ReBrand’s mission and vision.

Requirements
- A genuine, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Passionate about reaching and discipling youth.
- Ability to teach and communicate Scripture clearly and creatively.
- Comfortable with hybrid ministry (online and in-person).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to serve under authority and collaborate with team leadership.

Preferred (but not required)
- Ministry or theology training (formal or informal).
- Experience leading youth groups or mentoring teens.
- Background in media, music, or social content creation.

- Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, commitment level, and overall fit for the role.
