The role involves building meaningful relationships, leading faith-based discussions, and encouraging spiritual growth in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
We welcome fresh ideas, creativity, and new approaches to help strengthen and expand our youth ministry. The right candidate will bring both a servant’s heart and a willingness to grow alongside our young people.
What You’ll Do:
• Attend church every Sunday and engage with the youth in fellowship, teaching, and discipleship.
• Build a trusting relationship and be a positive role model through consistent encouragement, listening, and guidance.
• Help design and lead age-appropriate Bible studies, devotionals, or group activities.
• Support the development of a welcoming and inclusive environment for new youth members.
• Share and implement ideas for outreach and growth of the youth ministry.
• Maintain communication with church leadership about progress, needs, and suggestions.
Qualifications (Suggested):
• Committed to living out a faith-filled life and modeling Christian values.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to mentor others.
• Comfortable working with youth who may be at different stages in their faith journey.
• Willing to undergo a background check if required by church policy.
Time Commitment:
• Weekly: Attend Sunday service and participate in youth engagement (approx. 2–3 hours per Sunday).
• Occasional planning or check-ins as needed.
Why It Matters:
This is an opportunity to make a lasting difference by helping young people grow in faith, character, and purpose. You’ll gain valuable ministry experience while being part of a loving church community.
