Seasons Preschool, a ministry of Thousand Hills Church, is looking for a Co-Lead Teacher who wants to make a measurable impact on our students and their families. We are looking for a warm, dependable, and flexible Teacher to work in a variety of classrooms and help create a joyful, safe, and loving environment for young children from infancy through Pre-k. As a Co-Lead Teacher, you will travel between the Toddler classroom and our other classrooms. A minimum requirement for this position is Two (2) years of childcare experience working as a a Lead or Assistant Teacher in a licensed daycare. Preference will be given to those who have experience working with Toddlers. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. and year round including summers.

Responsibilities
- Provide flexible classroom support across different age groups by assisting your co-workers with daily activities, lesson implementation, and classroom management.
- Engage with children through play, educational activities, and social interactions to promote their cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and physical development.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, meals and rest time, outdoor play, and learning activities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment by adhering to childcare standards, behavior management policies, and health protocols.
- Help maintain proper supervision and child-to-staff ratios.
- Assist with diapering, toileting, handwashing, cleaning and sanitizing as needed.
- Adhere to school policies, classroom routines and schedules, and Texas Child Care Licensing regulations (minimum standards).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a supportive and transparent learning environment.
- Bring patience, flexibility, joy, and a love for Christ into each classroom.
Skills
- (2) year prior experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education center, preferably as a Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher. Preference given to those withToddler experience.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge while seeking continuous improvement in order to provide "best in class" care.
- Adaptability and flexibility with a desire to work with children across age groups, including infants through Pre-k.
- Reliability and dependability demonstrated through a proven and consistent attendance record.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and patience, even under stressful conditions.
- A joyful and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
