Beautiful Feet Ministries
Beautiful Feet Ministries is a homeless outreach ministry and church dedicated to helping the poor and homeless come to know Jesus Christ. We are open seven days a week, serving more than 120,000 meals annually while providing daily Gospel services for the poor and destitute in our community.
We are seeking a passionate and committed Worship Leader who feels called to lead our ministry family and guests in worship and serve alongside our team.
Position Summary
The Worship Leader reports directly to the Director and is responsible for overseeing worship services, media ministry, volunteer coordination, and audio/visual operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead worship during team meetings and worship services Monday through Friday.
- Schedule volunteer worship leaders for weekends, special events, and ministry activities.
- Recruit, schedule, and train volunteers for the media and sound booth ministry.
- Coordinate with local and out-of-state worship teams and bands serving at the ministry.
- Maintain and oversee audio/visual equipment.
- Work with the Men's and Women's Home choirs to prepare music for Celebrate Recovery and Sunday worship services.
- Oversee the media ministry team and ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
- Assist staff with daily cleaning and facility upkeep as needed.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m.
- Additional responsibilities may include orientations, outreaches, mission projects, and occasional weekend events.
Expectations
- Maintain a personal and growing walk with the Lord.
- Be an intentional team player who works in unity with staff, volunteers, and ministry family members.
- Arrive on time each day (7:00 a.m.) unless otherwise approved by the Director.
- Set up and manage Facebook Live services, including ensuring the ministry iPad is properly charged and maintained.
- Power audio/visual equipment on and off daily.
- Keep the office, sound booth, and stage areas clean, organized, and functional.
- Input worship songs into presentation software before services and prepare Sunday service materials as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings every Tuesday following service.
- Be available to lead worship during mission team orientations, outreach events, and other ministry functions as requested.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with iOS devices
- Experience using ProPresenter
- Familiarity with Gmail and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Behringer and Midas audio systems
- Understanding of sound system and media equipment setup and operation
- Previous worship leadership experience preferred
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
