The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Worship Pastor who loves Jesus, loves people, and enjoys leading others into authentic worship.
This isn’t about putting on a concert. It’s about creating space for people to encounter Christ.
You’ll work alongside our Lead Pastor to build worship services that are biblically grounded, Spirit-led, and excellent without becoming performance-driven. You’ll also invest in volunteers, helping them grow both spiritually and musically.
What You’ll Do
- Lead worship each Sunday with passion, humility, and excellence.
- Plan worship services alongside the Lead Pastor.
- Recruit, develop, and pastor volunteer musicians and vocalists.
- Lead weekly rehearsals that are organized, encouraging, and fun.
- Help cultivate a culture of worship, prayer, and spiritual growth within the worship ministry.
- Coordinate with production and media volunteers.
- Participate in the life of the church beyond Sunday mornings.

Time Commitment
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 8-12 hours per week, including:
- Sunday morning worship services
- Weekly rehearsal
- Worship planning and preparation
- Communication with volunteers
Compensation
$300 per week
As our church continues to grow, we hope this position will grow as well.
