Preschool Teacher Job Description
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, demonstrate a strong Christian faith, and be committed to teaching preschool-aged children through Biblical values and principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment for preschool children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and educational development.
- Teach and model Christian and Biblical values through daily interactions, lessons, and activities.
- Lead children in prayer, Bible stories, worship songs, and faith-based learning experiences.
- Maintain positive communication with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and behavior.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
- Must be a Christian and comfortable teaching Biblical principles and Christian values to preschool children.
- Previous childcare or preschool teaching experience required.
- Strong love and patience for working with young children.
- Ability to work well with parents, children, and coworkers in a team environment.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass all required background checks.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
