Job Title: Club Relations Manager
SUMMARY
The Club Relations Manager is a full-time, salaried employee who oversees the KiDs Beach Club® (KBC) ministry after-school program and the stewardship/servicing of churches/organizations that license Beach Club® curriculum. This position ensures that clubs operate at KBC’s high standards by establishing appropriate processes, monitoring club operations (including church relationships), and managing club related improvement projects. The Manager oversees KBC’s mobilization efforts, establishes and maintains relationships with school districts, oversees the leasing of school facilities, and troubleshoots school-related issues that cannot be handled by Serve Team Specialists. The Manager ensures that new partner churches/organizations are onboarded, that trainings are conducted for all Beach Club® partners, and that Club related data is managed appropriately.

JOB OVERVIEW
- Monitor and manage Beach Club® quality, processes, and improvements
- Manage Club data and technology, including the KiDs Online Management System™ (KOMS™)
- Encourage annual Club and licensing renewals
- Oversee and direct mobilization efforts, in coordination with the Mobilization & Club Growth Coordinator and KBC leadership, to lay a foundation for the continued growth of KBC.
- Manage school leases and ensure that each Beach Club® operates within district requirements
- Ensure partnering churches receive excellent customer service by Serve Team Specialists
- Update and maintain quality control on Beach Club® curriculum.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
· Evaluate the health of Beach Clubs® and take appropriate steps to ensure that Clubs operate according to KBC standards
· Regularly evaluate the health of KBC’s church partnerships and take appropriate steps to ensure that those relationships are successful and healthy
· Supervise, train, equip, and develop Serve Team Specialists
· Perform annual evaluations of Serve Team Specialists and regular evaluations of Serve Team contractors
· Keep leaders abreast of church/club related issues; make recommendations for policies/procedures related to the field ministry
· Coordinate the onboarding of new partners and schools with the Serve Team
· Ensure that Beach Club® partners receive annual training, as well as any needed specialty training
· Recommend an annual Club Relations budget and manage the approved Club Relations budget in a fiscally responsible manner as a good steward of KBC resources
· Lead a monthly Serve Team-focused staff meeting and present key performance indicators once a month to staff
· Manage the development and updating of Club curriculum and related resources
· Proactively encourage partnering churches and organizations to renew their agreements
· Actively participate in regularly scheduled team meetings and staff development opportunities
· Contribute to the recommendation, implementation, and improvement of KBC operations and policies
· Representing KBC at various events, conventions/associations, trade shows, meetings
· Perform other duties or functions assigned by the VP-Ministry Relations or KBC CEO/President
Administrative
Manage the KiDs Online Management System™ by troubleshooting registration issues and ensuring data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure school leases are secured and that KBC operates in accordance with district and school policies
- Working with the Finance, Communications, and other team members, ensure that Bibles, t-shirts, and other resources are ordered and distributed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Ensure that volunteer/new staff member background checks are conducted according to KBC procedures, and ensure that current staff members undergo background re-checks at regular intervals
- Provide monthly reports on Club progress including professions of faith, Bibles distributed, children enrolled, and so forth; provide special reports as needed

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Personal and growing relationship with Christ
- A passion for children’s ministry
- Three or more years of formal ministry experience (paid or volunteer)
- Two or more years of experience managing people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Apple/Mac computer platforms; Monday work management software experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in a related field/children’s ministry
- Ability to lift and carry 25-30 pounds (cases of Bibles, trade show materials, etc.)
- Some travel is required

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
