The Opportunity
We’re searching for a KiDS & Family Ministry Director — a relational, organized leader who loves building teams, shaping environments, and helping kids and parents grow in faith together.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives both up front and behind the scenes — leading Big Group moments with kids one day and organizing systems and volunteers the next.

5. Communication & Coordination
- Provide consistent communication with parents, volunteers, and staff.
