Time Commitment
- Sundays (primary responsibility)
- 5–10 hours per week depending on role and availability
- Weekly team meetings and leadership development (remote)
- Prep time during the week
What You’ll Do
- Lead children’s ministry environments on Sundays
- Lead and grow a team of volunteers
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids
- Lead lessons, activities, and classroom flow
- Follow up with families and help build strong connections
- Step into increasing leadership responsibility and ownership over time
You will have access to real ministry environments, leadership conversations, and opportunities to step up and lead.
