Description

We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and warm-hearted sitters to join our Church & Event (COE) Team. As a W-2 Primary Sitter, you’ll provide safe and engaging childcare at church services each week. If you’re looking for consistent hours and love working with children in a group setting, this role is for you!

Location:

Dallas, TX 75205 (Preferably lives within this Zip code or within 5mins to 30 mins away)

Job Type:

Part-time (W-2 Employee)

Pay:

Starting at $17/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Sundays 8:30am–12:30pm

Candidates must be available to work every Sunday Morning.

Responsibilities:

Care for children during weekly church services
Lead age-appropriate group activities and play
Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Arrive on time and follow safety/check-in protocols
Work well with church staff and other team members

Requirements:

2+ years of group childcare experience (nursery, preschool, church, camps, etc.)
Teaching experience
Pass a background check and reference check
Reliable transportation
Professional and dependable
Comfortable working in faith-based settings
