The Kids Operations Coordinator works with the Kids Pastor to support the operational needs of the Kids ministry team, overseeing the Sunday check-in team, milestone events, and operational support as needed.
- Equip and lead Kids Guest Services Team
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Canva and able to learn new apps and programs as needed
- Possess the ability to manage, administrate, and multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in coordinating, scheduling, and equipping people and tasks
- Oversee our Kids Check-in volunteer team through weekly communication, support, and encouragement. Maintain Monday.com visitor board and update staff when follow-up is needed.
- Maintain and update Kids Team processes throughout our software systems. Includes maintenance of our check-in kiosks and systems.
- Support all Kids Milestone events, including Parent Child Dedication, Baptism, and Parenting Workshops.
- Coordinate with Kids Senior Operations Coordinator to maintain classroom supplies in Elementary and Early Childhood.
- Create activity pages for kids to use on Together Sundays.
- Update weekly attendance and database tracking for Kids Ministry.
- College degree preferred
- Education and/or Experience in Kids Ministry, Education or similar experience
- Service, Discernment, Administration
- Bent Tree member or willing to become one as a condition of employment.
