2026–2027 School Year
Grace Covenant Academy is seeking Christ-centered coaches to join our athletic program for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for men and women who are passionate about mentoring student-athletes, building strong team cultures, and using athletics as a platform for discipleship.
At Grace Covenant Academy, athletics are an extension of our mission to disciple students through a rigorous Christian education. Coaches are expected to model biblical principles and support the spiritual, academic, and athletic development of our students.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct practices and team activities.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team events.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and character development.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
- Serve as a Christian role model for student-athletes.
- Support and uphold the mission, vision, and Statement of Faith of Grace Covenant Academy.
- Encourage students to pursue excellence in athletics while honoring Christ in competition and daily life.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will:
- Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Demonstrate a mature and growing Christian walk.
- Be an active member or regular attendee of a Bible-believing church.
- Agree with and support the school's Statement of Faith and Christian mission.
- Possess the ability to mentor and disciple students from a biblical worldview.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Have previous coaching experience.
- Successfully complete all required background checks and training.
