Courtesy Officer
1.Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Controls traffic by directing drivers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
2.Monitors Welcome Center traffic: Assist and greet all guests (Day School and Mi Escuelita families), visitors and congregational members as they enter the campus and Welcome Center.
3. Assist with the management and patrolling of the parking garage, flat lot and campus. Making certain individuals who are loitering on campus move off campus if they do not have business on the campus.
4. Assist with the monitoring of FAC Help tickets, entering requests and following up on any outstanding items which affect the Welcome Center, Parking Garage, Flat Lot or front drive of the campus.
5. Monitor and accept all packages being delivered on campus and notifying the recipients to pick up packages from Welcome Center area.
6. Janitorial Logs: Sign in and key exchange from janitorial staff as well as any additional communication to be noted.
7. Property removal: maintains packages coming in to the responsible party. Also, removes items not to be retained in Welcome Center.
8. Assist with monitoring weather and hazardous conditions and possible evacuations of staff and members to Safe Shelter with direction of supervisor.
9. Monitors parking of flat lot, by assisting with administering QR code validation for flat lot usage / visitors, guests, etc.
10. Maintain radio contact with facilities and event team.
11. Assist with any event occurring on campus to give proper directions or assistance.
Evening Hospitality Officer: In addition to responsibilities listed above
Secure all entry doors and set alarm system, at closing time.
Assist with any requested escorts from the church to the parking facility.
Ensure all signs etc. are returned to their daytime position, if remaining out in Welcome Area or Anderson Common or Flat Lot.
Periodic Floor checks throughout the church and before securing the church for the evening.
Test all elevator intercoms once a week.
Monitor all janitorial activities.
Parking Garage / Campus Officer: in addition to responsibilities previously listed above
Patrols exterior Grounds and Parking Garage every hour.
Monitors parking activity and reports concerns to Director of Property and Risk
Report any deficiencies of the property and log this in to FAC Help for the Facilities team to address and resolve, such as lighting, landscaping, parking gates, electric, plumbing issues etc.
Escort staff, guests and personnel as needed on campus.
Monitor any exterior activity throughout campus and Stewpot, report concerns should they arise.
