Description:
The Property Management Coordinator oversees the development and operation of the Property Management Department, managing 600+ apartment and dorm units, including resident applications, lease violations, and move-out processes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and the execution of departmental goals. Additional responsibilities include managing scholarship workers, updating property systems, and supporting CFN ministry events while maintaining a high standard of compassion, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks and manage team.
- Ability to multi-task, and successfully implement and execute plans and tasks.
- Working knowledge of Excel. Ability to learn new software (Appfolio, Ideal Impact, etc.), interpret related reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of approximately 400 staff/student/alumni apartment units and 200 dorm units, and all related matters.
- Manage and oversee New Student Arrival (NSA) apartment flips and dorm room turnover.
- Management of resident application process, lease violations, and move-out process
- Liaison to facilities for all property management-related issues and decisions regarding renovations and repairs.
- Oversee commercial property room reservations
- Answer phone and email communications for residents/potential residents
- Provide informational reports to the Operations Director
- Update ClickUp as needed with vacancy, etc.
- Manage inspection team.
- Management of scholarship workers as well as FT/PT employees.
- Collaboration on campus and CFN large-scale ministry events (CFNI Gathering, FMC Conference, Campus Days, YFN/KFN, New Student Arrival, etc.).
- Compliance with city codes and attendance to South Central Dallas Property Manager monthly meetings.
- Providing counsel and representing the interests of CFN with alumni who have committed lease violations.
