Job Description
SouthPointe Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Part-Time Youth Minister to serve our 6th to 12th grade students. We are located in south Arlington in a developing area. New communities and housing are springing up rapidly and we are seeking a person who is Spirit-Led, Christ centered, and love people from diverse community.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Working under the Lead Pastor to guide and disciple youth members of the church.
- Teach planned and engaging Lessons during Sunday School.
- Occasionally plan outreach and other youth related activities during the year.
- Lead students in summer retreats and camps.
- Plan activities and maintain a calendar for the youth.
Compensation:
- Compensation is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and educational background.
