We are seeking a spiritually mature and passionate Youth Leader to disciple and mentor middle and high school students. This leader will help cultivate a welcoming environment where students grow in their relationship with Christ, build meaningful friendships, and develop as future leaders in the church.
Our goal is not just to gather students, but to disciple them to follow Jesus and become actively engaged in the life and mission of the church.
Time Commitment
Approximately 5–10 hours per week, which may include:
● Sunday participation
● One weekly youth gathering or Bible study
● Occasional youth activities or outreach events
Responsibilities
● Lead a weekly youth gathering or Bible study (schedule to be determined with leadership)
● Build relationships with students and provide spiritual mentorship
● Disciple students in their walk with Christ through teaching and personal engagement
● Plan occasional youth activities and outreach opportunities
● Encourage youth involvement in church services and overall church life
● Communicate with parents regarding youth activities and updates
● Work alongside the pastor and church leadership team to develop the ministry
Qualifications
● A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
● A clear passion for discipling middle and high school students
● Ability to teach biblical principles in an engaging and relatable way
● Strong relational, communication, and leadership skills
● Willingness to become an active participant in the life of Community Fellowship
● Alignment with the mission, values, and leadership of the church
● Ministry experience preferred, but not required
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Compensation
This is a part-time stipend position. Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and agreed-upon responsibilities.
