*This position is based in Dallas and the surrounding areas. The Program Manager works remotely on some days and is expected to be on-site at assigned campuses on Fridays, as well as in the Academy 4 office in Fort Worth at least once per week. The Program Manager must also be available throughout the week, as needed, for meetings, support of Site Coordinators, trainings, or special events.
- Communicate and collaborate with program leadership and other departments to oversee the Academy 4 Program. ·
- Manage a team of 8-10 part time Site Coordinators overseeing goals and supporting tasks to meet those goals for each program location. ·
- Ensure the smooth and proper functioning of current programs to maintain standards and brand. ·
- Assess and manage program risks with attention to child safety. ·
- Suggest innovative plans and processes to improve program and to prepare for scalability and growth. ·
- Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity and scalability. ·
- Set goals for the program staff with tools to track progress, challenges, and overall performance. ·
- Ensures compliance with Academy 4 policies and procedures and helps to maintain Academy 4 standards and brand at each program location. ·
- Cultivate new associations with schools, churches, and other community organizations in coordination with the Academy 4 leadership team.

- Clearly describe the goals and supporting tasks that accomplish the mission of Academy 4 in written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate servant leadership training and supporting site coordinators in their roles. ·
- Deploy expert Lead Site Coordinators as additional source and layer of support for site coordinators.
- High level of proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. and MS Teams.
