looking for a full administrative position in the church job.
Job Qualifications:
Individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Possess English grammar and business communications writing skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher software.
Experience with Canva software.
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Parish Soft software.
Good office management and time management skills, able to multi-
task and prioritize tasks.
Trustworthy in handling confidential church financial (fiduciary) responsibilities.
(e.g. banking account management, private parishioner information).
Respectful of Time and Boundaries with the church (e.g. personal
phone call conversations)
Capable of dealing with a range of varying personalities in the parish.
Discreet with private matters of the church.
Practicing Catholic with knowledge of the faith.
