Role Snapshot
Assistant Teacher (Entry level, training provided)
- Supports classroom routines, supervision, and activities under the direction of the Lead Teacher
- Helps create a safe, clean, loving classroom environment
- Ideal for career starters, students, and those new to early childhood
Early Childhood Teacher (Classroom execution)
- Plans and delivers age-appropriate learning experiences
- Manages classroom routines, documentation, and family communication
- Supports a consistent, high-quality classroom experience
Lead Teacher (Classroom ownership + mentorship)
- Leads classroom excellence and models best practices
- Mentors and supports Teachers and Assistant Teachers
- Helps build a strong classroom culture, consistency, and quality
Who We’re Looking For
- A Christ-centered educator who loves working with kids and sharing their faith
- A team member who embraces our Statement of Faith and Commitment to Biblical Living
- A team player who brings joy, initiative, and intentionality to the classroom
- Someone who sees this not just as a job, but as ministry
- 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Early childhood or ministry experience preferred (varies by role)
