A position for a full-time caretaker is now currently available for our private Christian retreat on 28 acres in Tyler, Texas( 1 hr 38 min from CFNI). We are seeking a Caretaker individual or ideally, a married couple where the wife can help me with house keeping & projects, preparing for guests & events, while the husband works on the daily upkeep of the grounds & light handyman duties. Regular house sitting is also a requirement. A one bedroom apartment on the property is provided as part of the compensation, All utilities & wifi is included. Persons must be hard- working, honest, trustworthy & able to take directions well. Daily tasks are a variety of duties to keep things running smoothly, including feeding animals, household & property chores & projects, errands.
