Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and energetic Toddlers and 2's Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for either Toddlers or 2 year olds. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire curiosity, foster social-emotional growth, and support early learning milestones. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, physical, social-emotional, creative and spiritual development for toddlers and two-year-olds
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management
- Engage children in hands-on activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress and address individual needs to support each child
- Manage classroom routines including diapering and transitions with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of developmental progress and assessments
Skills
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care and classroom management techniques
- Experience in curriculum development tailored to Toddlers and 2's
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proven ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices for working with students at this age group
- Ability to implement classroom management strategies that promote safety, engagement, and learning success
Pay: From $20,000.00 per year
