Our Mission: At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to teaching children the importance of Jesus in their lives. We nurture their spiritual growth by encouraging them to cultivate the fruits of the Spirit daily through God’s truth. Our carefully selected curriculum supports not only academic excellence but also emotional and spiritual development, guiding children to grow in every area of their lives.
We believe we are called to help foster the unique, God-given attributes within each child. As a foundational part of their journey, we strive to build a strong partnership with parents—walking together in faith to lead every child closer to Jesus in every moment, every lesson, and every encounter.
Christian Code of Ethics
As a ministry dedicated to nurturing children in God’s love, we commit ourselves to the following ethical principles to guide our interactions with children, families, and one another:
- Love and Respect We strive to demonstrate Christ’s love in all we do by treating every child, parent, and coworker with kindness, patience, and respect. “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32
- Integrity and Honesty We will act with honesty and transparency in all communications and actions, honoring the trust placed in us by families and the church community. “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.” — Proverbs 11:3
- Stewardship of Children’s Well-being We recognize that caring for children is a sacred responsibility. We will provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically. “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
- Confidentiality and Privacy We respect the privacy of the children and families we serve and will handle all personal information with discretion and care. “A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret.” — Proverbs 11:13
- Encouragement and Positive Guidance We will use positive discipline rooted in grace and patience, encouraging children to develop self-control and respect for others in a manner consistent with God’s teachings. “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” — Ephesians 6:4
- Prayerful Dependence We commit to seeking God’s wisdom and guidance daily through prayer as we serve the children and families entrusted to us. “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault.” — James 1:5
- Partnership with Families We honor the role of parents as the primary spiritual and moral guides of their children and pledge to work collaboratively with families in the child’s development and faith journey. “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
- Professionalism and Excellence We commit to ongoing learning, spiritual growth, and professional development to provide the highest quality care and instruction to children in a Christ-honoring manner. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23
