Main Function
To serve RPC Kids in specific ministry engagement opportunities, also participating in current outreach and discipleship opportunities.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Tier 1 // Assist 10 hours
- Assisting with setup and ministry on Sunday mornings (at Central or Parker Square) for RPC Kids
- Assist with discipling a specific age group consistently (based on need and personal calling)
- Assist in planning and executing RPC Kids events
- Assist with RPC Kids events and trips as assigned
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Tier 2 // Learn 5 hours
- Attend weekly or biweekly one-on-one with Childrens Minister or Children's staff member for development and discipleship
- Attend weekly fellowship night with RPC student interns
Tier 3 // Observe 5 hours
- Attend RPC Kids meetings
- Attend all weekly Children's services (while making sure you are attending your own personal service)
