Worship Director (Part-Time) – Community of Hope, Mansfield, TX
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $300 per week
Additional Compensation: +$300 for Christmas and Easter services
Start Date: By June 1, 2026 (earlier start possible)

Position Summary - “To cultivate Christ-centered worship environments that engage the church in Spirit-filled, theologically sound, and unified praise.”
The Worship Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading weekly worship services. This individual will work collaboratively with the pastor, musicians, and tech team to create and steward worship services that are spiritually rich and musically excellent.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and lead weekly Sunday worship services
- Coordinate service flow in collaboration with the pastor and tech teams
- Communicate clearly and consistently with musicians, vocalists, and tech team members
- Lead and organize Thursday evening worship rehearsals
- Ensure worship is accessible, engaging, and anchored in Scripture
Qualifications
- A growing and active personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Musical proficiency (vocal and/or instrumental leadership required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with pastoral leadership and volunteers
- Heart for encouraging volunteer team members
Schedule & Commitment
- Thursday evening rehearsals
- Sunday morning service (8:00 AM rehearsal, 9:30 AM service start time)
- Weekly planning and communication throughout the week
Compensation
- $300 per week (paid weekly)
- Additional $300 compensation for Christmas service
- Additional $300 compensation for Easter service
