Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant Latin Equip
Reports to: Co-Director, Latin Equip
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant understands, supports, and is spiritually aligned with the Latin Equip Mission.
The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth daily operations of Latin Equip by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and event support to staff, board members, and volunteers. This role handles confidential, time-sensitive material.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Support the Co-Director with communication to donors and outside entities, assist with mail and bank deposits.
- Database & Records: Maintain accurate records in the donor database (e.g., Network for Good) or client management systems.
- Event Support: Assist with registration, logistics, and planning for fundraising events and workshops.
- Basic social media: Organize a social media Calendar, develop posts, load posts into Meta Business Suite, and TUVU
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team setting.
- Preferred: Experience and familiarity with non-profit operations.
- Preferred: Bilingual Spanish/English
Work Schedule
- Part-time: Approximately 10-15 hours per week, primarily a remote position, with some on-site work required in the Bedford/Colleyville area.
