Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry. You will be responsible for guiding middle and high school students in their spiritual journey, planning fun and engaging programs, and building strong relationships with youth, parents, and church staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events
- Plan and oversee youth retreats, mission trips, and service projects
- Provide mentorship and spiritual support to students
- Communicate regularly with parents and involve them in youth ministry
- Work closely with church leadership to align youth ministry with overall church goals
- Recruit and train volunteers to support youth programs
Qualifications:
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong biblical foundation
- Experience working with youth in a church or similar setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead events and activities
- Degree in ministry, theology, or related field preferred (but not required)
