We are looking for a Full-Time Worship Leader. We are a presence-focused church looking for a pure-hearted worship leader who is able to lead/grow our current team as well as shepherd the heart of worship within the team.
Beyond Sunday mornings and weekly team rehearsals, we are wanting to build/grow worship teams for both Youth and Young Adults, as well as be involved within our Ministry School throughout the week.
The culture of worship at Jesus is here is special. We are not a typical church service with 3-songs, and a 20 minute worship set. We believe the Lord has called us to be a church that helps people fall in love with Jesus, and that worship is the first step for many people into a deeper relationship with Jesus. With that, we don't have a timer for worship to end by, we let the Holy Spirit guide our leaders to transition into the Word when it's time.
This role is meant to start as a Worship Leader at $40,000/year with the desire to be developed into a Worship Pastor. As both the role and the church grow, the annual pay will also.
