Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to guide our congregation in worship through music and creative expression. (Volunteer or Paid) The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of worship dynamics and be able to lead with authenticity and enthusiasm. This role is vital in fostering a spiritually enriching environment that encourages participation and connection among attendees.

Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and lead worship services, ensuring a seamless flow of music and other elements.
- Select appropriate songs that align with the theme of the service and enhance the worship experience.
- Collaborate with church leadership to develop worship strategies that engage the congregation.
- Foster an atmosphere of worship that encourages congregational participation and spiritual growth.
Experience
- Strong musical ability, including proficiency in vocal performance and instrument playing.
- Familiarity with various music styles relevant to contemporary worship settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- A heart for ministry and a passion for leading others in worship.

Pay: $22.85 - $27.12 per hour
