Responsibilities
- Lead classroom activities and maintain a safe learning environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Supervise and support toddlers during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain daily communication with parents regarding child progress and needs
- Assess child development and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
