Job Description:
· Oversee all aspects of Weekly Experiences for 7th-12th graders and college/career aged people
· Weekly Staff meetings
· Expected to work average 40-45 hours each week, not including ministry times
· Salary will depend on the levels of education and experience
POSITION-SPECIFIC SKILLS/TASKS
Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of our Grace Oneighty (youth) and Grace Emerge (young adult) experiences by:
· Creating environments, activities, and programming that are relevant for each age group
o Host weekly Wednesday night youth services
o Host weekly student life groups
o Host weekly Emerge meetings
· Connecting with, empowering, and developing Grace Oneighty teams, both student and adult teams
· Develop and schedule any and all events throughout the calendar year for students to attend
· Reaching local schools:
o Middle school/ High School/ College
· Provide both youth and young adult outreach opportunities
Work with the Grace Pastoral Staff to:
· Develop and implement healthy volunteer assimilation processes, leading to building teams of enthusiastic Grace Youth Dream Team volunteers
· Complete all and any other tasks as needed
Competent in:
· Computer skills
· Communication skills - written and verbal
· Problem assessment and problem solving
· Manage a department budget
Education / Experience
· College degree strongly desired
· Licensed and ordained is optional
· Have at least two consecutive years serving the church in a youth or young adult ministry
Personal Characteristics
· Align with the pastoral qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
· Possess strong leadership skills
· Be committed to making and growing disciples of Jesus Christ
· Believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit

· Be willing and flexible to serve in other opportunities as needed and directed by Lead Pastor
