Lakeview Church is seeking a Discipleship Pastor to lead and strengthen adult discipleship across the life of the church, including groups, men’s and women’s ministry, marriage ministry, and overall adult spiritual formation. This role is ideal for a leader who can build strong systems and teams today, while also carrying vision for where Lakeview is headed next. Lakeview is in an exciting season of growth and new independence, with a healthy foundation and a strong desire to keep multiplying disciples and leaders. The right leader will thrive in a highly professional, high-capacity Austin context, while bringing a warm, relational presence that fits the culture.

AWA - Approximately 850 weekly attendance and growing.
