We are seeking highly motivated self-starters and strong closers to join our sales team. This role is commission-only, designed for those who thrive on results and want the freedom of a flexible schedule. High commission structures reward effort and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and close new business in residential and commercial roofing markets
- Build and maintain client relationships with honesty and transparency
- Inspect roofs, document storm damage, and present solutions
- Guide homeowners and property managers through insurance claim processes
- Represent CRS with professionalism and moral integrity at every step
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to manage your own time and hit performance goals
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
