Worship Leader Position at Hilltop Church
Hilltop Church, located in Rendon (Fort Worth), is a close-knit, family-oriented congregation with a rich history of serving the community. Over the years, many CFNI students have had the privilege of serving our church, and we’re excited to continue that tradition.
We are seeking a passionate Worship Leader with a servant heart, someone eager to develop their gift and calling in a Spirit-filled environment. Our congregation is small (about 35 people) and consists primarily of an older demographic, but we are open to the move of the Holy Spirit and the gifts He brings. This position offers the opportunity to grow both personally and spiritually while playing a vital role in leading our community in worship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead worship during our Sunday services with a heart for guiding the congregation into God’s presence.
- Rehearse with the worship team on Sunday afternoons before the service.
- Foster an atmosphere of worship that aligns with our Spirit-filled values and encourages the church family to engage with the Holy Spirit.
- Work alongside the pastoral team to ensure the worship ministry aligns with the vision of the church.
