Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and energetic Toddlers and 2's Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for either Toddlers or 2 year olds. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire curiosity, foster social-emotional growth, and support early learning milestones. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, physical, social-emotional, creative and spiritual development for toddlers and two-year-olds
Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management
Engage children in hands-on activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention strategies
Collaborate with families to communicate progress and address individual needs to support each child
Manage classroom routines including diapering and transitions with patience and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of developmental progress and assessments

Skills

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care and classroom management techniques
Experience in curriculum development tailored to Toddlers and 2's
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Proven ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
Knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices for working with students at this age group
Ability to implement classroom management strategies that promote safety, engagement, and learning success

Pay: From $20,000.00 per year
