looking for a full administrative position in the church job.

Job Qualifications:

 Individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

 Possess English grammar and business communications writing skills in both English and Spanish.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher software.

 Experience with Canva software.

 Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Parish Soft software.

 Good office management and time management skills, able to multi-

task and prioritize tasks.

 Trustworthy in handling confidential church financial (fiduciary) responsibilities.

(e.g. banking account management, private parishioner information).

 Respectful of Time and Boundaries with the church (e.g. personal

phone call conversations)

 Capable of dealing with a range of varying personalities in the parish.

 Discreet with private matters of the church.

 Practicing Catholic with knowledge of the faith.
