Compass Worship Center is a healthy, growing, Spirit-filled Church of God congregation in southeast Georgia seeking a full-time Associate/Student Pastor.
This position is ideal for someone with a genuine calling to disciple the next generation and invest in students through authentic relationships, biblical teaching, and Christ-centered leadership. The Associate/Student Pastor will provide leadership for our thriving middle school and high school ministry, Relentless Students, while also helping lead and develop our growing young adult ministry. This individual will work alongside our pastoral team to support the overall vision and ministry of the church.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly student services, Bible studies, and discipleship opportunities
- Build meaningful relationships with middle school, high school, and young adult students
- Recruit, equip, and lead a volunteer leadership team
- Plan camps, retreats, outreach events, and special activities
- Partner with parents in the spiritual development of their students
- Serve as an Associate Pastor by assisting with the overall ministry and vision of Compass Worship Center

Qualifications
- A clear call to student ministry
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a life that reflects biblical character
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Ability to lead volunteers and build disciples
- Church of God background preferred but not required
