Grace Christian - Worship Pastor
Odessa, Texas
This position offers a rare rebuild-and-elevate opportunity for a growing church of 550–600, with strong momentum and a clear path toward future expansion. The role calls for a relational, team-first leader who can raise the level of musicianship, tighten production quality, and unify a diverse volunteer base…without blowing up the culture or bulldozing existing voices. You’ll lead Thursday and Sunday services, invest heavily in developing people (not just performing), and bring structure, clarity, and consistency. Beyond the platform, this role carries real influence, shaping student worship, contributing to future kids ministry, and helping stabilize tech systems. This is a leadership role for someone who can build trust, create excellence, and move a good worship culture into a great one without losing its soul.
Why We Love This Opportunity
I love this opportunity because it’s not about stepping into something polished, it’s about building something meaningful. There’s real momentum here, a healthy culture, and the kind of leadership that actually invites collaboration instead of control. It’s the kind of place where if you bring vision, humility, and grit, you can make a lasting impact…not just on a stage, but in people.
