Associate Pastor - Believers Fellowship of Magnolia
Believers Fellowship of Magnolia is an SBC Baptist church whose Sunday morning attendance is about 130 people. We are a Christ-centered, Bible-believing church that preaches the uncompromising Word of God, and is committed to worship, discipleship, fellowship and community outreach.
We are looking for a full-time Associate Pastor or Administrative Assistant to assist the Senior Pastor in carrying out the church’s mission. This person will assist in some or all of the following: overall church operations and administration, spiritual leadership and development, pastoral care, and ministry oversight as well as recruit, train, support, and oversee volunteers within assigned ministries. This person must demonstrate a personal walk with Christ, agreement with the church’s doctrinal statement, interpersonal skills, unity, loyalty, self-motivation, communication skills, administrative skills, a correctable spirit, and a shepherd’s heart with a team-oriented spirit.
