Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and engaging After-School Enrichment Instructors to join our Dallas team.
If you’re passionate about inspiring young learners and bringing learning to life through creativity and activity-based teaching, we’d love to meet you.
Instructors will lead small groups of students (Grades K-8) in fun, interactive lessons - supported by ARDE’s ready-to-use curriculum and materials.

Who You Are:
- Passion for working with children (Grades K-8).
- Background in one or more areas: STEM, Sports, Performing Arts or Education.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
- Available mid-afternoon (3:00–5:30 PM) at least 2–3 days/week
- Communicative, punctual, and dependable
- Must have background and/or fingerprint clearance or willingness to obtain one, and provide 2 relevant references
- Based in (or relocating to) Dallas, TX
- Work Location: In person (Dallas area school sites)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise engaging, age-appropriate activities in STEM, Sports, Performing Arts or Education.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, fun, and inclusivity.
- Implement ARDE’s defined curriculum with enthusiasm, adapting to student needs and group dynamics.
- Maintain positive classroom and behavior management strategies in an after-school setting.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during program hours, following school and program guidelines.
- Set up, manage, and clean up sports equipment before and after sessions.
- Communicate effectively with ARDE coordinators, school staff, and parents as needed.
- Take attendance and provide basic feedback on student participation and progress.
- Represent ARDE professionally and reliably while on campus.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and energized for every class session.
