Role Overview
We are seeking a Worship Leader who loves the Lord Jesus, has a heart for evangelism, and desires to see people come to Christ. This individual will lead worship services, support ministry programs, and actively participate in outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Worship: Plan and lead worship services
- Program Support: Assist with weekly program planning, including Bible studies and special events.
- Outreach & Evangelism: Participate in community outreach initiatives and evangelistic efforts to share the gospel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with church leadership to align worship and ministry activities to win people to Christ.
- Availability: Preferably available during the week to support Bible studies, program planning, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for worship and evangelism.
- Musical ability to lead worship (vocals and/or instrument proficiency).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably not currently serving in another ministry, or able to obtain a positive release from your current ministry.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a growing church environment.
