We’re seeking passionate volunteers with a heart for God and a love for children and families. As a Program Support Volunteer, you’ll help lead activities, support events, and create a positive, faith-filled environment where kids can thrive.
Ideal for those who want to gain experience in youth mentorship, program coordination, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of programs aimed at supporting children and youth.
- Help facilitate lessons, crafts, games, and discussions.
- Support during events and activities, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Be a positive role model by listening, praying with, and uplifting student, during activities and group time.
- Manage social media accounts to increase awareness of programs and attract potential participants.
- Collaborate with community partners for campus recruitment initiatives.
- Help communicate program updates, encourage family involvement, and represent our program with warmth and excellence.
- Support leadership efforts by contributing ideas for program improvement and participant engagement.
Requirements
- Must complete a background check and volunteer orientation/training prior to serving.
- Must be available for weekly meetups on Wednesdays from 4:00–8:30 PM, and occasional weekends for workshops, community events, and special activities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to assist with transporting children to and from events or home when needed.
- Consistent attendance and reliability during scheduled program times and events.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for community service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Agreement to uphold our Programs faith-based mission and code of conduct.
- Comfort with interacting with children, parents, and team members in a professional and compassionate way.

Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $1.00 per year
