Position Overview:

Win Kids is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pre-School Teacher. As a Pre-School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through a variety of age-appropriate activities and experiences.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with Win Kids' educational philosophy and meets the needs and interests of preschool-aged children.
Lesson Delivery: Lead and facilitate engaging and interactive lessons and activities across various subject areas, including language arts, math, science, social studies, art, and physical education.
Promote Social Skills: Foster the development of social skills, cooperation, and teamwork among preschoolers through group activities, games, and collaborative projects.
Provide Individualized Instruction: Assess the abilities and progress of each child and provide individualized support, guidance, and instruction to address their unique learning needs and strengths.
Encourage Creativity: Encourage creativity, exploration, and self-expression through art, music, movement, and imaginative play, providing opportunities for children to express themselves and develop their creativity and confidence.
Promote Language Development: Facilitate language-rich environments and activities that promote vocabulary development, literacy skills, and communication skills, including storytelling, reading aloud, and group discussions.
Support Physical Development: Provide opportunities for gross motor and fine motor skill development through structured physical activities, outdoor play, and sensory experiences.
Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety guidelines, monitoring the preschool environment, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress, milestones, and achievements, and addressing any questions, concerns, or feedback in a timely and respectful manner.

Qualifications:

Experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field required.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles, theories, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to starting the position.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm
