What You’ll Do

Support the Pastor, Elders, and Board of Directors with daily administrative needs
Prepare Sunday bulletins, newsletters, prayer lists, and welcome packets
Update church website, LED sign, and video announcements
Maintain the church calendar and church records
Manage phones, email, and member communications
Coordinate readers/greeters, attendance logs, and monthly calendars
Assist with special projects such as baptism certificates, memorial bulletins, event registration, and volunteer onboarding

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Trustworthy with confidential information
Warm, welcoming, and service‐oriented
Profession of the Christian faith required
Experience in office administration, church work, Canva, or social media is a plus
