Job Overview
We’re seeking passionate volunteers with a heart for God and a love for children and families. As a Program Support Volunteer, you’ll help lead activities, support events, and create a positive, faith-filled environment where kids can thrive.

Ideal for those who want to gain experience in youth mentorship, program coordination, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of programs aimed at supporting children and youth.
Help facilitate lessons, crafts, games, and discussions.
Support during events and activities, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
Be a positive role model by listening, praying with, and uplifting student, during activities and group time.
Manage social media accounts to increase awareness of programs and attract potential participants.
Collaborate with community partners for campus recruitment initiatives.
Help communicate program updates, encourage family involvement, and represent our program with warmth and excellence.
Support leadership efforts by contributing ideas for program improvement and participant engagement.

Requirements

Must complete a background check and volunteer orientation/training prior to serving.
Must be available for weekly meetups on Wednesdays from 4:00–8:30 PM, and occasional weekends for workshops, community events, and special activities.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to assist with transporting children to and from events or home when needed.
Consistent attendance and reliability during scheduled program times and events.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for community service.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Agreement to uphold our Programs faith-based mission and code of conduct.
Comfort with interacting with children, parents, and team members in a professional and compassionate way.

Base Pay: $1.00 per year
