Position: Part-Time Executive Assistant to the Pastor

Are you passionate about serving in ministry and gifted in providing high-level administrative support? Our church is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Executive Assistant to the Pastor.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional administrative and clerical support to the Pastor, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

· Serve as a liaison between the Pastor and staff, congregation, community members, and ministry partners

· Assist in organizing church events, retreats, and ministry activities

· Handle confidential information with discernment and care

· Oversee and maintain records, databases, and filing systems

· Support the Pastor in daily ministry operations and special projects

Qualifications & Requirements

· Demonstrated experience working in a ministry or church environment is required

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

· Proficient with office technology including email, calendars, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools

· Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality

· Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

· Commitment to the mission and values of our church

Schedule & Compensation

· Part-time position: 20 hours per week (schedule to be arranged with the Pastor)

· Compensation: Commensurate with experience
