```Duties```
- Lead and coordinate worship services, including selecting and arranging music, leading the congregation in singing, and providing musical accompaniment.
- Plan and organize rehearsals for the worship team, ensuring that all members are prepared and confident in their roles.
- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to create a cohesive worship experience that aligns with the overall vision and mission of the church.
- Mentor and develop members of the worship team, providing guidance and support in their musical abilities and spiritual growth.
- Educate the congregation on the purpose and significance of worship, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement with the worship experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members, church staff, and volunteers to ensure smooth coordination of worship services.

```Skills```
a. Member of the body of Christ, dedicated to facilitating spiritual growth and maturity in yourself and others. Must have a passion for ministering through music.

b. Mastery over the piano

c. Shall be knowledgeable of the doctrines of the Church of God

d. Experience and excellent skills in overseeing, leading, and conducting adult choirs and children’s music knowledge of church and COG music, educational background

e. Ability to lead, inspire and engage the congregation during the worship experience

f. Have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
